Eighty-two millimetres is wide enough that produce stops being something you prepare and starts being something you simply drop in. Full-size apples, whole oranges, large tomatoes, small beetroots and thick carrot bunches go straight down the O-Shape tube — circular, so a round fruit never has to be turned to find the right angle — and the hinged Flip Gate seals the tube while the press works. Kuvings puts the prep-time saving at around 50%, and on an ordinary Delhi weekday morning that is the difference between fresh juice with breakfast and a glass of something from a carton.
Rubber & Silicone-Free — the hygiene idea only Kuvings has built
Every juicer needs seals; the EVO 810 is the world's only one that makes them without rubber or silicone. Those elastomers are microscopically porous, which is precisely where fruit sugars and pulp settle into places a brush can never reach, and they soften over time under the acids in orange, apple and spinach juice. Kuvings replaces the whole sealing system with precision food-grade Tritan — non-porous, unaffected by fruit acids, and cleaned to a genuinely hygienic surface in the same 60-second routine as the rest of the machine. In a house making juice for a small child, for an elderly parent, or for someone recovering from illness, that is the specification that matters most, and no other juicer currently offers it.
