Description
Two More Fins, and Three Years of Warranty.
13 Fins · 2900 W · Silent · Won't Dry the Air.
The larger Vienna, and the one to choose for a bigger room · 13 oil-filled fins rather than 11 — more radiating surface, so the same 2900 W spreads across a wider area and holds heat longer · completely silent: no fan, nothing to hear at 2 am · it doesn't burn oxygen or dry the air the way a coil or halogen heater does, which is why people stop waking with a sore throat · 3 heat settings — low through the night, high to warm a cold room · a three-layer safety set: overheat protection, auto shut-off and thermal safety cut-off · castor wheels and a handle, which matter at around 11 kg · 67 × 16 × 63 cm · 230 V / 50 Hz · a 3-year manufacturer warranty — a full year longer than the 11-fin · made in India
13
finsmore surface, bigger room
The fin count is the whole difference between this and the 11-fin, and it's worth understanding rather than assuming bigger is simply better. Both draw the same 2900 W — the extra fins don't make it hotter, they give the heat more surface area to radiate from. In practice that means warmth spreads across a larger room more evenly, and because there's more oil and more metal holding heat, it stays warm longer after the thermostat cuts the element. For a big bedroom, a living room or an open study, the 13-fin is the right choice; for a compact bedroom the 11-fin does the job for less.
No dry throat — the reason people replace a blower
A fan or coil heater makes an element glow and blows air over it, which heats the air harshly and dries it out. Sleep in that room and you wake with a dry throat, dry skin and often a headache — hard on children, older people and anyone prone to sinus trouble. An oil filled radiator works differently. The oil is sealed inside the fins for the life of the unit — never refilled, never changed — and warms gently, so the fins radiate heat into the room rather than blasting dried air at it. The room gets warm and the air stays comfortable. That, more than any specification, is what converts people to OFR heating.
2900 W — the socket matters, and so does the low setting
This is a high-wattage appliance and the wiring is not a detail. Use a proper earthed 16 A high-load socket — the sort an AC or geyser runs on — never a light 6 A point and never a multi-plug extension board, which is a genuine fire risk at this draw. On running cost: this is exactly why there are three settings. Warm the room on high, then drop to low — the fins are already hot and low simply maintains them at far less power. Running an OFR flat out all night is the mistake that produces an alarming bill and gives oil heaters their undeserved reputation for being expensive to run.

🎯 Right for
If you want instant heat in a bathroom or for ten minutes at a time, a blower is genuinely the better tool. An OFR is for sustained comfort over hours — which is where it wins outright.
🛡️ Three layers of safety
Three independent cut-offs matter on an appliance designed to run for hours unattended in a bedroom — but they reduce risk rather than remove it, so the placement rules below still apply.
Three years against two on the 11-fin model — on a seasonal appliance used a few months a year, that's meaningful extra protection.
No exposed glowing element, no fan, and three independent cut-offs — the combination that makes an OFR the sensible bedroom choice.
At around 11 kg, both matter. Bedroom at night, living room in the evening — one heater instead of two.
The oil is sealed for the life of the unit. No topping up, no filters, no consumables at all.

Bajaj Vienna 13 Fins · Oil Filled Radiator · 2900 W · 3 Heat Settings · Silent Operation · Overheat Protection · Auto Shut-Off · Thermal Cut-Off · Castor Wheels · 3-Year Warranty
Warranty as per Bajaj's terms and conditions — 3 years manufacturer warranty on the product, subject to T&C; coverage of the heating element, thermostat and controls, fins and body, castor wheels and accessories, electrical components, parts and labour, exclusions and the service process are subject to brand policy and the final invoice or warranty card. Heating performance, room coverage, warm-up time, thermostat behaviour, heat retention and running cost vary with room size, ceiling height, insulation, ventilation, outdoor temperature, placement, selected heat setting, voltage and usage. Oil filled radiators warm and cool gradually; surfaces become hot during and after use. Keep clear of curtains, bedding, furniture, carpets, paper, water and flammable materials. Do not cover the unit, dry clothes on it, place it on unstable surfaces, leave it unattended around children or pets, or operate it with a damaged cord or plug. Use a proper earthed high-load socket; extension boards are unsuitable for high-wattage heaters. Safety cut-off features reduce risk but do not replace correct placement and supervision. References to oxygen, humidity and refrigerants are as supplied by the brand and do not replace normal room ventilation; no medical or health claims are implied.
