The hard part of an Indian sink is not the plates. It is the residue. Haldi that has stained, oil that has gone tacky in the kadhai, rice starch dried to a film inside the pressure cooker, masala baked onto a tawa. IFB built DeepClean® Technology around exactly those three enemies — stubborn masala stains, oil residues and sticky starches — and paired it with a 70°C hot water wash that eliminates 99.99% of germs and tough grease, plus a 360° jet wash from dual spray arms that drives water into corners and undersides no hand-scrub reaches consistently. A modular 3rd rack and racks laid out for Indian utensils
Most dishwashers are built around dinner plates and wine glasses. This one is laid out for the real cupboard. The lower rack takes large and small plates, the kadhai, the cooker, the tea container, bowls, the tawa and strainers. The upper rack takes bowls, glasses, quarter plates, cups, spoons and knives. And the modular 3rd rack lifts cutlery, serving spoons and ladles out of the way entirely, so nothing nests, nothing hides, and everything gets washed. On lighter days, Flexi Half Load runs a smaller cycle instead of a full one — the water and power scale down with the load.
