FILMMAKER MODE is the industry standard that locks colour space, frame rate and motion handling to the settings used in the grading suite where the film was finished, switching off the sharpening, motion smoothing and colour boosting that TVs otherwise apply by default. The Ambient Light Compensation layer adds a sensor that measures the light in your room and adjusts panel brightness to hold contrast and colour steady as conditions change.
