The drum motion that cleans a heavy load of towels is the wrong motion for a fine cotton saree. AI DD detects what is in the drum — fabric type and load weight — and selects the most suitable washing motion automatically, drawing on LG's accumulated washing data rather than a fixed programme table. Paired with 6 Motion Direct Drive, which combines tumbling, rolling, stepping, swinging, scrubbing and filtration actions, it means each load gets a genuinely different treatment. Cottons come out properly clean, delicates come out intact, and no one at home has to become an expert in wash cycles to make that happen.
In-built heater — hot-water washing without a geyser in the loop
Delhi tap water in January comes out of the tank cold enough to make hand-washing miserable, and cold water simply does not dissolve detergent or lift oil the way warm water does. The in-built heater raises the water temperature inside the machine itself, so the hot-water cycles and the Steam Wash and Allergy Care programmes work off a single cold inlet — no geyser plumbing, no waiting for the tank, no compromise on winter laundry. It is also what makes proper hygiene washing of bedding and towels possible at home, all year round.
