Most top loads wash in whatever water comes out of the tap. This one heats its own water and makes its own steam. The Steam wash function gives you clothes free from allergens and bacteria — and in Delhi that is not a luxury feature. It is the answer to infant bedding, to the winter razais and blankets that come out of storage every November carrying a year of dust, to the gym kit that has been sitting in a bag since morning, and to the fortnight in July when nothing dries and everything picks up a musty smell. AI Direct Drive detects not only the weight of the load but also senses the softness of the fabric, and chooses the optimal motions for that fabric by itself. Underneath sit the six movements of 6 Motion Direct Drive — Tumble, Swing, Rolling, Scrubbing, Filtration and Stepping — each designed to deliver the right wash performance for a different kind of cloth. So the school uniforms get a scrubbing action, the embroidered kurta gets a swing, the winter knits get rolling and the baby clothes get stepping — decided by the machine, inside the cycle, without you sorting the wash into three separate loads first. Direct Drive also means the motor turns the drum with no belt in between: fewer moving parts, less noise, longer life.

The unique motions of 6 Motion Direct Drive are designed to deliver better wash performance to each fabric — the AI picks the right one for what is actually in the drum.
Operate or monitor the laundry from anywhere, track energy consumption per cycle, and use Download Cycle to add a whole range of new washing cycles to the machine.
The machine reports its own condition through the ThinQ app, so a service visit starts with the fault already identified instead of a technician working it out on site.
LoadSense detects the load automatically and sets the cycle to suit it, and child lock keeps small hands from changing the programme halfway through a wash.
