Ultem auger, stainless steel strainer, BPA-free Tritan body
The auger is moulded from Ultem — the aerospace- and medical-grade polymer used where a part has to take real compressive load without deforming — which is what lets this machine press dense beetroot and firm carrots day after day rather than only soft fruit. The strainer is stainless steel, so it holds its mesh geometry and shrugs off the corrosion that Delhi's monsoon humidity works on lesser metals. The body components are BPA-free Tritan, food-safe and dishwasher-safe.
