Blue Diamond® on titanium steel — twice the tank durability
Geysers rarely fail because the element burns out; that's a cheap repair. They fail because the tank corrodes from inside and leaks, and then the whole unit comes off the wall. AO Smith's answer is a titanium steel tank finished with Blue Diamond® glass lining fused to the interior, so the steel never touches the water attacking it — rated for 2× the durability of a standard inner tank. An ELCB, not just a thermal cutoff
Most geysers offer a thermal cutoff and a pressure valve. This one adds an ELCB — an earth leakage circuit breaker — which is a meaningfully different kind of protection: it detects current leaking to earth and cuts the supply within milliseconds, before it can pass through a person. On an appliance combining 2000 watts with water in a wet room, that's the protection that matters, particularly in older buildings where earthing quality is uncertain. It sits alongside a thermal cutoff for runaway temperature and a multifunction safety valve for pressure — three independent protections rather than one.
