LHS — check this before you order, it's the one thing that can't be adjusted
The "LHS" in the model name is not cosmetic: it means the water inlet and outlet connections sit on the left-hand side of the unit. If your existing plumbing comes in from the right, the pipes won't reach without rework — and that's a plumber's visit and possibly a tile cut, discovered on installation day. Look at your current geyser, or the two pipe stubs in the wall, and note which side they're on before ordering. AO Smith makes the same heater in an RHS configuration for exactly this reason.
