Description
Borewell, Tanker or Municipal. All Handled.
RO + UV · Alkaline Boost · 6.2 L Storage · Wall or Counter.
Built for the reality of Indian water supply, where what comes out of the tap depends on where it came from that week · RO removes dissolved impurities and heavy metals, UV deals with bacteria and viruses, and mineral retention puts essential minerals back rather than stripping the water flat · Alkaline Boost raises the pH for a smoother, less flat taste · a 6.2-litre tank so you still have water during a power cut · mounts on a wall or stands on the counter · food-grade plastic body · made in India
Most Delhi NCR households don't get their water from one source — it's municipal supply most of the week, a tanker when the supply fails, and borewell in many colonies. Each brings a different problem: borewell water is typically high in dissolved solids and hardness, tanker water carries an unknown microbiological risk, and municipal supply can pick up contamination in old pipes. A purifier suited to only one of them leaves you exposed on the days you get the others. This one is rated for all three, because RO handles dissolved impurities and heavy metals while UV handles bacteria and viruses — the two problems are genuinely different, and you need both technologies to cover them.
RO and UV do different jobs — and mineral retention undoes RO's one drawback
RO forces water through a membrane fine enough to strip out dissolved solids, heavy metals like lead and mercury, and pesticide residues. It's extremely effective — and its known side effect is that it removes beneficial minerals along with the harmful ones, which is why plain RO water can taste flat. UV then deals with what RO doesn't target: it inactivates bacteria and viruses without altering taste or odour, since there's no chemistry involved. And mineral retention addresses RO's drawback directly, putting essential minerals back so the water isn't stripped bare. Three stages, three distinct jobs.
6.2 litres stored — because RO needs power and Delhi doesn't always have it
An RO purifier can't produce water without electricity, which in most of Delhi NCR means there will be evenings when the machine simply stops. A 6.2-litre storage tank is what carries you through: enough purified water held ready for a family of three to five to get through a power cut, or through the evening rush when several people want water at once and the purifier can't refill fast enough. It's the difference between a purifier that works when conditions are ideal and one that works when they aren't.

✨ At a glance
Being made in India matters more on a purifier than on most appliances — it's designed around Indian water quality and voltage conditions rather than adapted from a product built for somewhere with softer water and a steadier supply.
Adds minerals back into the purified water and raises its pH so the water is mildly alkaline — many people find it tastes smoother and less flat than plain RO output.
At 27 × 32 × 48 cm with both wall and counter mounting, it works in a compact kitchen — you're not rearranging the room around the purifier.
Storage and output matched to a typical family — enough for cooking, drinking and guests without running dry at dinner time.
One of India's most established water purification names, with a service network across Delhi NCR — which matters on an appliance needing periodic filter service.
