200
ppmread this before anything else
Most purifiers are sold as suiting any water; this one is not, and the honest thing to do is put that first rather than bury it. Aquaguard specifies the Enrich Neo for municipal and piped supply with TDS up to 200 ppm, and states it is not recommended for borewell or tanker water. TDS — total dissolved solids — measures everything dissolved in your water, and across Delhi NCR it varies enormously. Treated municipal supply is often comfortably within this range. Borewell water frequently is not, and tanker deliveries can vary from one load to the next. Putting a purifier rated to 200 ppm on water running several times that will not simply give you poorer water — it will exhaust the membrane and filters far faster than they should go, and you will be replacing them at a cost that outstrips whatever you saved. So: find out your TDS first. If it comes in under 200, this is a well-matched machine and the mineral retention is worth having. If not, ask us for a model rated to 2000 ppm instead.
Mineral Charge — why RO water otherwise tastes of nothing
Reverse osmosis has one genuine drawback, and it shows up the day the machine is installed. The membrane rejects dissolved substances indiscriminately: it cannot distinguish a contaminant from a useful mineral, so the calcium and magnesium that give water its taste are removed along with everything else. Water straight off an RO membrane is very pure and noticeably flat, and in households used to a particular local supply that is usually the first complaint after installation. Mineral Charge Technology is designed to retain calcium and magnesium rather than delivering water stripped of them. On low-TDS municipal supply this matters more than it does elsewhere, because there is less dissolved content to begin with — take out what is there and very little is left. This is about taste and composition; we make no health claims for it, and the mineral stage is a consumable like every other, working while fresh and needing replacement on schedule.
A transparent tank and a 40 W draw — two small practicalities
Two things on this model are minor on paper and useful in daily use. The storage tank is transparent, so you can see at a glance how much purified water is actually left rather than guessing from the indicator or discovering it empty when you need it. On a 6.2 litre tank feeding a family through the day, that is genuinely handy. The second is the power draw. At 40 W this is a modest appliance, and the energy saving mode switches it off automatically when it does not need to run — which matters because a purifier is plugged in continuously, year round, unlike most kitchen appliances. The wide 150–250 V input range is also worth noting in areas where mains voltage fluctuates, though it does not replace proper earthing or a stable supply.
⚙️ The filtration stages
The early stages protect the RO cartridge. Sedi Shield and the particulate filter take out grit; Chemi-Block removes chlorine and chemicals that would otherwise damage the membrane. UV is the final biological stage, addressing bacteria and viruses through a mechanism RO does not cover.
🎯 Suited to
Not suited to borewell or tanker water — that is the manufacturer's own guidance, not a caution we have added. If your supply is either of those, ask us for a higher-TDS model rather than buying this one and hoping.
The biological stage. UV light disrupts the DNA of bacteria and viruses so they cannot reproduce — separate from what RO does, and necessary alongside it.
Auto switch-off when the machine does not need to run. Meaningful on an appliance that stays plugged in continuously through the year.
The same unit fits either way at 32 × 27.5 × 47.6 cm and around 6.2 kg — the countertop option suits rented flats where drilling is restricted.
Free installation plus two preventive maintenance visits as supplied, subject to serviceability at your address — worth confirming for your pin code.

Warranty as per Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard terms and conditions — 1 year comprehensive as stated in supplier material. The scope of cover for the RO cartridge, UV chamber, filters, mineral cartridge, storage tank, body and electrical components, together with parts and labour, exclusions, product registration and the service process, are subject to brand policy and the final invoice or warranty card. Free installation and two free preventive maintenance services are as supplied and subject to location, serviceability, site readiness, offer eligibility and applicable brand and store terms; eligibility for a particular pin code should be confirmed before ordering. Any promotional item offered with this product is subject to stock and offer availability and to the final invoice. Filters, RO cartridge, mineral cartridge, UV lamp and other consumable and wear items are chargeable when due; filter life and replacement cost are not stated in supplier material and should be confirmed, as they are the principal running cost of the appliance. Warranty cover is generally conditional on installation by an authorised technician and on the appliance being operated within its stated input water conditions; damage arising from unsuitable input water, use outside the specified TDS range, supply pressure outside the rated range, incorrect installation or unauthorised servicing is commonly excluded. This model is specified by the manufacturer for municipal or piped water with TDS up to 200 ppm and is expressly not recommended for borewell or tanker water; inlet water TDS should be verified before purchase and installation, and use outside the specified range will shorten filter and membrane life. The listed model code GWPDEN2B0002X differs from the stock SKU reference GWPDENR2B0002X and should be confirmed against the unit. Purification stages, storage capacity, power consumption, voltage range, dimensions and weight are manufacturer specifications measured under their own test conditions. Flow rate, operating pressure, input water temperature range, filter life and water recovery rate are not stated in supplier material and should be confirmed before purchase. Reverse osmosis produces reject water as part of normal operation and the reject line must be routed to a drain at installation. Explanations of total dissolved solids, mineral retention, transparent tank design and ultraviolet disinfection provided here are general information to aid understanding and are not manufacturer specifications; mineral retention performance is as specified by the manufacturer and depends on cartridge condition. Purification performance depends on input water quality, supply pressure and temperature, filter and membrane condition and adherence to the maintenance schedule; the appliance is designed to reduce specified contaminants under suitable conditions and is not a substitute for testing an unsafe or unknown water source. This product is a water treatment appliance and not a medical device or a nutritional supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and no health or nutritional outcome is claimed or implied in relation to mineral content or purified water generally. Water quality should be independently verified where there is any doubt about the supply. This appliance must be installed by an authorised technician and connected to a properly earthed mains socket; it must not be operated with wet hands or where the plug or socket may be splashed. Filters, the RO cartridge, the mineral cartridge and the ultraviolet lamp must be replaced at the intervals specified by the manufacturer, as exhausted consumables will continue to allow water to be dispensed without providing the stated level of purification. The housing must not be opened and the ultraviolet lamp must not be serviced by the user; ultraviolet light is harmful to eyes and skin and the appliance must be unplugged before any service. The appliance must not be run without an input water supply. Wall mounting requires fixings rated for the filled weight; countertop placement requires a level, stable surface clear of edges. Installation may require site readiness, suitable water pressure, an electrical point, drainage arrangement and additional fittings or a pre-filter, which may be chargeable if outside standard installation. Operation should be discontinued and service arranged if leakage, unusual taste or odour, electrical tripping or abnormal operation occurs.
