Ask us to confirm the product warranty before you buy
The supplied material for this model describes free installation and two free cleaning services, but does not state the product warranty duration itself. Those are different things — a service visit is not warranty cover on the machine. Call 9710000251 and we will confirm the warranty term and its scope in writing before you pay, along with the replacement filter cost, which is the main running cost on any RO purifier.
A Steel Tank, Not a Plastic One.
That's Where the Water Actually Sits.
The steel-tank version of the Sure Champ, for households who care what their water is stored in · a premium stainless steel storage tank rather than the usual plastic, so purified water standing for hours does not pick up odour or sit against a scratched surface · 6-stage RO + UV E-Boiling purification · 6 litres of storage at 24 litres per hour · rated for input TDS up to 2000 mg/L, so borewell and tanker water are in range · filter life up to 2 years or 12,000 litres · water recovery up to 40% · alerts for tank full, service and water quality · wall mount or countertop · free installation and 2 free cleaning services
Steel,
not
plasticthe specification nobody compares
Most water purifiers store purified water in a food-grade plastic tank, and almost nobody asks about it when comparing models. It is worth asking, because the tank is where your drinking water actually sits — for hours at a time, between one glass and the next. Plastic tanks are safe, but they have two properties stainless steel does not. Over months of use they can take up ambient kitchen odours, which is why water from an older purifier sometimes tastes faintly of the kitchen it stands in. And they scratch during cleaning, and scratches give biofilm somewhere to establish where any moisture remains. Stainless steel is impermeable to odours, chemically inert across the pH range of purified water, and resists scratching. That is the entire case for this variant over the standard Sure Champ, and it is a reasonable one — but it is about hygiene and taste over years of use rather than about purification itself.
Two years between filter changes — and what that is worth
The purchase price of a purifier is the smaller half of what it costs you; the larger half is filters. Most RO purifiers want their filter set replaced roughly annually, a bill that arrives quietly and adds up considerably over the machine's life. This model is rated for up to 2 years or 12,000 litres, which halves how often that lands. Read the condition honestly, though. That figure is measured under favourable laboratory conditions, and real filter life falls as input TDS, turbidity and sediment load rise. On hard borewell water you should not expect two full years. What you will get is meaningfully longer than a conventional filter set — and when you compare purifiers, ask for filter life and replacement filter cost alongside the purchase price, because that is the comparison most people only make after they have already bought.
2000 mg/L — the number that decides whether it suits your water
Every RO purifier carries a maximum input TDS rating, and it determines whether a machine works properly in your kitchen or struggles and fails early. TDS is total dissolved solids: everything dissolved in the water, measured in parts per million. It varies enormously across Delhi NCR — municipal supply, borewell and tanker water are quite different, and tanker water can change from one delivery to the next. Many purifiers are rated to around 1000 or 1500 ppm, which is adequate on treated municipal supply and not adequate on hard groundwater. This model is rated to 2000 mg/L, which puts borewell and tanker supply inside its range rather than at its limit. Two things follow: it is worth knowing your own TDS before choosing any purifier, and 2000 is a maximum rather than a promise — filter and membrane life shorten as input TDS climbs toward it.
🔔 Alerts the machine gives you
The service reminder is the one to act on. An exhausted filter or a failed UV lamp keeps dispensing water that looks and tastes entirely normal while no longer purifying it properly — a failure you cannot detect yourself, which is precisely why the alert exists.
🎯 Suited to
6 litres of stored purified water stays available during a power cut, since the tank holds what has already been purified. Installation flexibility helps in rented homes, where the countertop option avoids drilling into walls.
The biological stage. UV light disrupts the DNA of bacteria and viruses so they cannot reproduce — a different mechanism from RO, addressing contamination RO alone does not target.
A high flow rate for this class, so the 6 litre tank refills quickly and a household drawing several litres at once is not left waiting.
RO sends rejected water to the drain. Higher recovery means less of it — a manufacturer figure, and worth knowing if your supply is limited.
The same unit fits either way at 32 × 27 × 48 cm and 5.3 kg, so placement can follow the kitchen rather than the other way round.

Warranty as per Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard terms and conditions. No product warranty duration is stated in supplier material for this model; free installation and cleaning services are not a product warranty, and the warranty term, scope of cover for the RO membrane, UV chamber, filters, stainless steel tank, body and electrical components, together with parts and labour, exclusions, product registration and the service process, must be confirmed in writing before purchase. Free installation and two free cleaning services are as supplied and subject to location, serviceability, site readiness and applicable brand and store terms; eligibility for a particular pin code should be confirmed before ordering. Filters, RO membrane, UV lamp and other consumable and wear items are chargeable beyond any included service; replacement filter cost is not stated in supplier material and should be confirmed, as it is the principal running cost of the appliance. Warranty and service cover are generally conditional on installation by an authorised technician and on the appliance being operated within its stated input water conditions; damage arising from unsuitable input water, supply pressure outside the rated range, incorrect installation or unauthorised servicing is commonly excluded. Purification stages, filter life, flow rate, capacity, maximum TDS, water recovery, dimensions and weight are manufacturer specifications measured under their own test conditions. The stated filter life of up to 2 years or 12,000 litres is a maximum measured under favourable laboratory conditions; actual filter life is shorter with higher TDS, turbidity, sediment load or usage volume. The stated water recovery of up to 40% is a manufacturer claim; actual recovery varies with input water quality, pressure and draw volume, and reverse osmosis produces reject water in normal operation regardless. The reject line must be routed to a drain at installation. The stated maximum input TDS of 2000 mg/L and flow rate of 24 litres per hour are limits rather than typical operating figures, and suitability for any particular supply should be confirmed by testing that supply. Operating pressure, input water temperature range, power consumption, replacement filter cost and country of origin are not stated in supplier material and should be confirmed before purchase. Explanations of tank materials, filter life, total dissolved solids and ultraviolet disinfection provided here are general information to aid understanding and are not manufacturer specifications. A stainless steel storage tank resists odour absorption and surface scratching relative to plastic but does not remove the need for scheduled cleaning and servicing. Purification performance depends on input water quality, supply pressure and temperature, filter and membrane condition and adherence to the maintenance schedule; the appliance is designed to reduce specified contaminants under suitable conditions and is not a substitute for testing an unsafe or unknown water source. This product is a water treatment appliance and not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and no health outcome is claimed or implied. Water quality should be independently verified where there is any doubt about the supply. This appliance must be installed by an authorised technician and connected to a properly earthed mains socket; it must not be operated with wet hands or where the plug or socket may be splashed. Filters, the membrane and the ultraviolet lamp must be replaced at the intervals specified by the manufacturer, as exhausted consumables will continue to allow water to be dispensed without providing the stated level of purification. The housing must not be opened and the ultraviolet lamp must not be serviced by the user; ultraviolet light is harmful to eyes and skin and the appliance must be unplugged before any service. The appliance must not be run without an input water supply. Wall mounting requires fixings rated for the filled weight; countertop placement requires a level, stable surface clear of edges. Installation may require site readiness, suitable water pressure, an electrical point, drainage arrangement and additional fittings or a pre-filter, which may be chargeable if outside standard installation. Operation should be discontinued and service arranged if leakage, unusual taste or odour, electrical tripping or abnormal operation occurs.
