This is the whole reason to buy this cooler rather than a smaller one, and it's an operational argument, not a cooling one. A cooler evaporates water continuously — that's how it works — so on a 43°C afternoon a 30 or 40-litre tank empties in a few hours. In a banquet hall, workshop or shop, that means a member of staff stops what they're doing and refills it, repeatedly, all day. 135 litres runs through an entire working day, or a full night, on one fill. Combined with the overflow outlet and water level indicator, it becomes something you set up in the morning and stop thinking about — which is exactly what a commercial space needs.

Two numbers matter on a large cooler, and they're different things. 5592 CFM is how much air it moves — enough to change the air in a large room repeatedly and reach the far corners, which is what stops one end of a hall staying stuffy. 1350 RPM is the motor, and on a cooler running ten or twelve hours a day through April to June, motor build is what determines whether it survives the season or fails in year two. This is a heavy-duty motor driving a 3-blade fan — specified for sustained commercial running rather than an hour in a bedroom. Three speeds let you drop it right down for quiet overnight use.
Cross-ventilation — the one thing that decides whether you're happy with it
An evaporative cooler is not an air conditioner, and this is where expectations go wrong. It cools by evaporating water into moving air, which means that humid air has to be able to leave the room — so you need a window, door or vent open on the far side. In a sealed room it will raise the humidity and stop feeling cool, no matter how large the cooler. It performs superbly in dry heat — precisely Delhi's April to June — and less well in humid monsoon weeks. That's also why it suits halls, workshops, terraces, banquet spaces and semi-open areas so well: those already have the airflow it needs.
