An office cabin, a clinic reception or a small pantry usually has room for one appliance, not two. So you end up with a dispenser, and the milk, the medicines and someone's lunch have nowhere cold to go. These two numbers tell you whether a dispenser suits your traffic, and they're worth reading properly. Heating at 5 litres an hour is the more generous figure — that's roughly twenty-five cups of tea in an hour, which comfortably covers a small office through a morning or an afternoon rush. Cooling at 3 litres an hour is the one to think about in summer. It refills steadily rather than instantly, so if fifteen people all draw cold water in the same ten minutes, the tank needs time to recover. Cooling and heating capacity, water temperature, recovery time and power consumption vary with ambient temperature, ventilation clearance, frequency of use, volume drawn, incoming water temperature, thermostat setting, voltage and maintenance; the stated litres-per-hour figures are manufacturer specifications under test conditions and are not a guarantee of continuous output. The 14-litre refrigerator compartment is a chilled storage cabinet, not a freezer, and its holding temperature depends on ambient conditions, door opening frequency and load. Where items have a defined storage temperature requirement, including medicines, the user is responsible for verifying the temperature independently and following the relevant storage instructions; no compliance guarantee is made. This dispenser cools, heats and dispenses water; it does not purify, filter or treat water, and makes no claim regarding water quality, purity or safety — use water from a source you have independently satisfied yourself is safe to drink. Hot water is dispensed at a temperature capable of causing scalding; this model does not include a child lock on the hot tap, so switch off the heating function where children may have access, and supervise children at all times. This is a top-loading dispenser and requires lifting and inverting a filled can. Install on a level, stable floor away from heat sources, and connect to a properly rated earthed supply. Switch off at the socket before changing the can or cleaning. Clean and sanitise the tank and drip tray periodically as described in the user manual.
