Stainless Body. Not Just a Steel Front.
20 L · 20 LPH · Built for a Factory Floor.

Full
steelevery panel, not just the front
This is the specification that separates this from a cheaper water cooler, and it's worth understanding before you compare prices. Most coolers in this class give you a stainless steel front and pre-coated painted sides. That's fine in an office corridor. It is not fine in a canteen, a factory or a school. Painted panels chip when a trolley catches them, and once the coating breaks, rust starts underneath and spreads. A full stainless body has no coating to break — the sides take the same daily wiping, splashing and knocking as the front and stay clean. If this cooler is going somewhere with real traffic, that's where the extra money goes and where it comes back.
Tropicalised — the difference in a Delhi May
This is a genuine specification, not a marketing word, and it matters here more than almost anywhere. Every cooling system works harder as the air around it gets hotter, and a machine designed for a European ambient will fall behind its rated output when the room is at 42°C and the incoming water is already warm. You notice it exactly when the building is busiest — a shop floor in the afternoon, a canteen at lunch. Tropicalised means the cooling system is specified for Indian ambient conditions from the start, so it holds its cooling rate through peak summer instead of producing lukewarm water when demand is highest. On a machine bought to serve people through a Delhi summer, this is the specification that decides whether it does the job.
20 litres stored, 20 litres an hour — sizing it properly
Water coolers carry two numbers and you need both. Storage — 20 litres — is what sits chilled and ready for a rush. Cooling capacity — 20 litres an hour — is how fast it replaces what's drawn. In practice this handles a steady 20 litres an hour with 20 in reserve, which suits an office, shop, clinic, school staff room or small factory floor of roughly 20 to 35 people in normal use. Where it will fall behind is a shift change or a lunch break where fifty people queue at once — the reserve empties faster than it refills. Tell us the headcount and the pattern of use, and we'll tell you honestly whether this is the right size or you need a bigger one.
✨ Built-in practicalities
The openable lid with safety lock is the one that matters over years — a tank you can actually open gets cleaned properly, and the lock keeps it secure in a public space between cleanings.

⚙️ Build
At 30 kg this is a solid piece of equipment — 7 kg heavier than the lighter-bodied coolers, which is the steel you're paying for.
Silent running matters in schools, hospitals and offices — a cooler that clatters in a corridor gets switched off at the socket.
A bigger tray catches splashes and drains faster, which in a public space is the difference between a clean floor and a wet one.
Stops the machine running on when it doesn't need to — useful on equipment nobody supervises through the day.
A year of on-site cover means a technician comes to the machine — important for 30 kg of equipment plumbed into position.
