Indian cooking is the hardest test a kitchen chimney ever faces, and the number that decides whether it passes is suction — measured honestly. Filterless technology — the end of scrubbing baffle filters
Ask anyone who owns a conventional chimney what they hate about it, and the answer is the filters: mesh or baffle plates that clog with grease, choke the airflow, and have to be unscrewed and scrubbed every few weeks.
