By adding steam while baking, the result gets even better. Steam prevents the food drying out, gives a deliciously crispy crust and keeps bread fluffy inside. Simply fill the required amount of water into the removable, dishwasher-suitable little water bowl integrated in the oven bottom and set the heating mode Hotair Steam. Other dishes prepared by baking and roasting turn out more tasteful too.
Hydrolytic cleaning — for a lightly soiled oven
Is your oven lightly soiled and in need of a quick cleaning? Just place approximately 400 ml of water with a drop of liquid detergent in the bottom of the oven cavity and select the proper cleaning programme. The easy-to-handle cleaning system softens baked-on residue, making it much easier to wipe off afterwards.

🔥 Heating and cooking methods
A generous 76 litres of cooking space — large meals, multiple dishes at once, or an extra-large pizza.
Hotair Steam adds steam while baking for a crispy crust and a fluffy inside, using a removable, dishwasher-suitable water bowl in the oven bottom.
Cook with less oil usage. The holes in the tray let the airflow inside the oven reach the dish in the best way and provide a perfect crunch — and the tray goes in the dishwasher. Slice potatoes or fresh vegetables thinly, add a little oil and select the AirFry function. The tray can also be used for grilled dishes.
Place the dish inside, choose one of the ten automatic programmes in the display menu, add the weight of the dish and press Start. Auto Pilot determines the cooking mode, temperature and cooking duration, and even switches the programme off towards the end of the cooking time.
Part of the hot air extraction system, which uses a thermostat to keep all external surfaces — knobs, front door and control panel — at safe temperatures during cooking. The fan stops working once the door opens, so hot air is not pushed towards you.
Around 400 ml of water with a drop of liquid detergent in the bottom of the cavity, then the cleaning programme — baked-on residue is softened and wipes off easily.
