Cleanthree nozzles, one job
This is the feature that separates this machine from the others, and it addresses the specific thing dishwashers struggle with. A normal wash relies on spray arms sweeping water across everything equally — fine for a plate with sauce, less effective on something that has sat and dried hard. The Extra Clean Zone adds three rotating nozzles in the upper rack that direct water at those items intensively, so dried dal, hardened rice, cereal or sauce gets targeted pressure instead of a general rinse. What makes it worth having is that it does this without raising the temperature or detergent for the whole load — so the stubborn items get the treatment they need while glassware elsewhere in the machine is left alone.
Pre-Treatment — the answer to "do I have to rinse everything first?"
The commonest complaint about owning a dishwasher is that people feel they're washing up before the machine washes up. That habit usually comes from a bad experience: plates left overnight, food dried hard, and a normal cycle that didn't shift it. Pre-Treatment runs water above 50°C over the load before the main wash begins, softening and loosening dried residue so the wash proper can lift it. In practice it means you can load plates that have been sitting since lunch without standing at the sink first. Being honest about the boundary: you should still scrape off solids, bones and large scraps, and something genuinely burnt onto a pan will still want a soak. But routine dried-on food is exactly what this handles.
RackMatic — adjustable while it's still loaded
Plenty of dishwashers have a height-adjustable upper rack. The detail here is that this one moves while it's full. On an ordinary machine, discovering that your tallest glasses won't clear the top means unloading the rack, resetting the height, and loading it again — so most people never adjust it at all and simply live with whatever height it was set to on delivery. RackMatic lets you lift or drop the rack across three levels with the dishes still in it, which is what turns it from a specification into something actually used. Practically: rack up for a deep kadhai below, rack down for tall glasses above, changed in seconds mid-load rather than as a project.
