Here is the single most useful thing anyone can tell you before you buy an air purifier: ignore the coverage figure and ask for the CADR. Coverage in square feet is a derived, marketing-friendly number that depends on assumptions a brand chooses for itself — ceiling height, how many times an hour the air is turned over, how clean you want it. Change those assumptions and the same machine "covers" a much bigger room. CADR is the measured one: the volume of clean air the machine actually delivers per hour. This unit is rated at 303 m³/hr. A carbon filter you vacuum instead of replace
On most purifiers the carbon filter is the one that ages fastest, especially in an Indian kitchen — it loads up with cooking oil and smoke and needs replacing well before the HEPA does. 3 · GREEN TRUE HEPA H13
25 mm thick, rated H13 — a higher grade than the H11 and H12 filters common at this price. This is the PM2.5 stage.
