Glassline tank and copper element — what actually determines how long a geyser lasts
Geysers almost never fail from the outside. The tank corrodes from within, or the heating element scales up and burns out — and in Delhi's hard water both happen faster than the brochure assumes. Why 15 litres, and how to think about geyser sizing
A 15-litre tank is the standard choice for a medium household bathroom — enough for a comfortable bucket bath or a reasonable shower, with the tank reheating between users. As a rough guide: 6–10 litres suits a single person or a kitchen sink, 15 litres a family bathroom, 25 litres a household that showers back-to-back or has a larger bathroom.
