This is a ceiling-recessed unit, not a wall-mounted split. The indoor body is 256 mm deep and must sit inside a ceiling void, with the 950 × 950 mm decorative panel flush to the ceiling below it. That means you need an existing false ceiling with at least 256 mm of clear space above it, plus structural support for a 22 kg unit and access for drainage.

A wall-mounted split blows air in one direction — which is why the far corner of a wide room never quite cools and the people sitting nearest the unit are always too cold. A ceiling cassette sits in the middle of the ceiling and discharges from all four sides simultaneously, so cool air reaches every corner at roughly the same time and temperature. In an office, showroom, café or large hall, that's the difference between one comfortable zone and a genuinely comfortable room. It also frees your entire wall area — no indoor unit taking up prime wall space above a display, a counter or a whiteboard.
Fresh Air Intake — the feature that separates commercial cooling from domestic
Most air conditioners recirculate the same indoor air endlessly. In a sealed office or café with people in it all day, carbon dioxide builds up and air goes stale — it's a large part of why meeting rooms feel stuffy and afternoon concentration drops. This unit draws in a proportion of outdoor air and mixes it with the recirculated air, continuously refreshing the room. For any space where people spend full working days, that's a genuine occupant-comfort feature rather than a specification line.

Gradually adjusts the set temperature through the night so the room doesn't become uncomfortably cold in the early hours. Useful in residential installations and in any space occupied overnight, such as a clinic or guest area.
Resumes previous settings automatically when power returns — essential in Delhi NCR, and particularly for a commercial space where nobody may be present to restart it after an outage. The timer allows scheduled operation around business hours.
Zero ozone depletion potential, substantially lower global warming potential than older R-410A, and better thermodynamic efficiency so the compressor does more cooling per unit of energy. It's also the refrigerant the industry is standardising on, keeping future servicing straightforward.
Rated to keep working up to 48°C ambient. Delhi NCR afternoons reach 45–47°C in May and June, so this sits inside the envelope — but with less headroom than some units. If the outdoor unit will sit on an exposed terrace in direct sun, tell us and we'll advise on shading and placement.
