Description
A Stainless Steel Tank.
No Anode Rod to Replace, Ever.
A compact instant heater built around a genuinely different tank · an extra-thick SS 304L stainless steel inner tank rather than a coated mild-steel one — which means no sacrificial anode rod to inspect or replace for the life of the unit · 3 litres, sized for a washbasin or kitchen sink · 3000 W, so it heats its tankful quickly · 0.65 MPa (6.5 bar) working pressure with a multi-function valve · a pre-calibrated high-precision thermostat plus an independent thermal cut-off · a fire-retardant power cord · bi-colour LED for power and heating · a rust and shock-proof outer body · genuinely small at 18.4 × 18.5 × 33.1 cm · 2 flexible pipes and a wall mounting kit included in the box · Made in India · 5 years on the tank, 2 on the element, 2 on the body
Three
litreswhat "instant" really means
"Instant" is the most misunderstood word in this category, so here is what it actually means. This is not a tankless heater producing endless hot water — it holds three litres and heats them quickly, which is what makes it feel instant. At 3000 W into a three-litre tank, hot water arrives fast and reheats fast between uses. What it will not do is fill a bucket for a bath or run a shower — three litres is a washbasin's worth, and once it's drawn off you wait for the next tankful. Buy this for exactly what it's built for: a washbasin, a kitchen sink, hand-washing and shaving, a small utility point, or a guest bathroom used occasionally. For that job it is ideal — it takes almost no wall space, heats in a fraction of the time a big tank does, and costs very little to run because it isn't holding thirty litres hot all day. If it's for bathing, ask us about a 15, 25 or 35 litre instead.
SS 304L stainless steel — the reason there's no anode rod
This is the specification that separates this heater from most of its competition, and it needs explaining properly. Most geysers use a mild-steel tank with a protective coating, plus a sacrificial anode rod — a consumable metal rod that corrodes on purpose so the tank doesn't. That rod wears out and must be inspected and replaced periodically, particularly in hard water, and most owners never do it. A 304L stainless steel tank works differently: the corrosion resistance is in the metal itself, so there is no anode rod, no consumable, and nothing to remember. Havells backs it with a five-year tank warranty. For a small heater that will sit in a bathroom for years without anyone thinking about it, that is genuinely the better arrangement — you still want the element descaled periodically in Delhi water, but the tank looks after itself.
6.5 bar — high-rise capable, but check your floor
This unit is rated to 0.65 MPa, which is 6.5 bar, with a multi-function valve that releases pressure before it can exceed that. That is a solid rating and suits most apartment installations. We'd point out honestly that it is lower than the 0.8 MPa (8 bar) rating on some larger heaters — including others we stock — so if you are on a high floor of a tall building with a strongly pressurised supply, or an overhead tank many floors above you, mention it to us before ordering. Mains pressure that exceeds a tank's rating is one of the quieter causes of premature geyser failure, usually showing up as a leak at a joint years earlier than it should. Where supply pressure is genuinely high, a pressure reducing valve solves it inexpensively — we'd rather fit one than replace a tank.
🎯 Right for
Not for bathing. Three litres won't fill a bucket or run a shower. If it's going in a main bathroom, ask us about a 15 L, 25 L or 35 L storage heater — we'd rather size it right than have you disappointed on the first cold morning.
Set at the factory to a safe, sensible temperature — nothing to adjust, nothing to get wrong, and an independent thermal cut-off behind it.
Two flexible pipes and a wall mounting kit come in the box, so the installer isn't sourcing parts on the day.
A 3000 W appliance in a wet room draws real current. A fire-retardant cord is a small spec that matters where it's installed.
One colour for power, another for heating — so you know at a glance whether the water is ready without testing the tap.

Havells Zeno · GHWVZNUWAW03 · 3 Litre Instant Water Heater · 3000 W · SS 304L Stainless Steel Tank · 0.65 MPa · Pre-Calibrated Thermostat · Thermal Cut-Off · Fire-Retardant Cord · Bi-Colour LED · Pipes & Mounting Kit Included · Made In India · 5-Year Tank Warranty
Warranty as per Havells India's terms and conditions — 5 years on the tank, 2 years on the heating element and 2 years on the body and electrical components; the scope of cover, parts and labour, exclusions, installation requirements, product registration and the service process are subject to brand policy and the final invoice or warranty card, and should be confirmed in writing before purchase. Damage arising from hard water, scale build-up, incorrect supply voltage, excessive supply pressure, unauthorised installation or servicing is commonly excluded. This appliance is a 3-litre stored-water heater; the term "instant" refers to rapid heating of the stored volume and does not denote a tankless or continuous-flow appliance. Hot water availability, heating time, temperature and electricity consumption vary with inlet water temperature, water hardness and quality, usage pattern, draw-off rate, ambient temperature, pipe length and insulation, scale condition and maintenance; stated capacity is the tank's storage volume and usable hot water at a given temperature will differ depending on mixing at the outlet. The thermostat is factory pre-calibrated and is not user adjustable. The stainless steel inner tank does not require a sacrificial anode rod; periodic descaling of the heating element remains necessary in hard-water areas and is chargeable separately. This appliance must be installed by a qualified electrician and plumber on a correctly rated, properly earthed dedicated electrical point with an appropriate MCB; use of an ELCB or RCCB is strongly recommended. The multi-function valve must not be blocked, adjusted or removed. The appliance must be wall-mounted using the supplied mounting kit on a structurally sound wall capable of supporting the filled weight. The unit is rated for a maximum working pressure of 0.65 MPa, which is lower than some higher-capacity models; where supply pressure may exceed this, a pressure reducing valve is required and is chargeable separately. The ingress protection rating is not stated in supplier material for this model and should be confirmed before installing the unit in a position exposed to direct water spray. Installation, plumbing, electrical work, MCB, additional fittings, pressure reducing valve and any civil work are chargeable separately unless expressly included on the final invoice.
