The 25BC3 carries 50 auto cook menus built around Indian food — breads, curries, snacks and desserts — and every one of them is weight-based. You pick the dish, enter the quantity, and the oven works out the power level, the time and the mode changes for that exact portion. Multi-Stage Cooking — programme the whole sequence once, then walk away
Real cooking changes heat partway through; most ovens make you stand there and change it by hand. IFB's Multi-Stage Cooking lets you set a full sequence — different modes, different power levels, different durations — into one programme. Microwave first to cook the potato through, then grill to crisp the skin, in one press. Convection to bake a dish evenly, then grill to brown the top, in one press. The 25BC3 runs Stage 1, switches itself to Stage 2, and beeps when the whole thing is finished. Stainless steel cavity — built for Indian gravies and Delhi humidity
The inside of a microwave takes the hardest life of any part of it: steam, splatter, convection heat up to 250°C, and the acids in tamarind, tomato and dahi-based gravies, wiped down again and again. The 25BC3 uses a stainless steel cavity, so the interior stays smooth and rust-resistant through all of it. Through a Delhi monsoon, when everything in the kitchen holds moisture for weeks, and after years of daily rajma, chole and biryani being reheated in it, a steel cavity still wipes clean and still looks like the oven you brought home.
