Reverse osmosis is very good at removing dissolved solids — and that's the problem: it strips the harmful ones and the useful ones together. Water that has been through plain RO is safe but flat, and stripped of the calcium and magnesium your body actually gets from drinking water. KENT's patented Mineral RO™ Technology retains essential natural minerals while contaminants are removed, and the TDS Controller lets that balance be set rather than accepted. The difference is immediately obvious in the taste — this is why KENT-purified water doesn't have the flat, empty character people complain about with cheap RO units.
UV inside the tank — because stored water is where purity gets lost
Most purifiers treat water on the way in and then store it, and an 8-litre tank standing through a working day is exactly where bacteria return. You purify in the morning and drink at midnight from water that's been sitting untreated for hours. A UV LED built into the storage tank keeps the stored water protected continuously rather than treating it once at the inlet. Alongside it, UV in the flow path handles bacteria and viruses chemical-free, and UF adds a physical filtration layer for the larger particles and cysts that get past. That's genuine belt-and-braces on the microbiological side.
Fully automatic — and small enough to actually fit
The purifier manages itself: auto start when the tank runs low, auto shut-off when it's full, and overflow protection so it never floods the counter if a float sticks. Nothing to switch on or watch. And at 26.5 × 34 × 50.5 cm and 6.62 kg it's a genuinely compact wall-mounted unit — it goes above a counter or in a corner rather than taking working space, and the glossy black finish suits a modern kitchen instead of looking like an appliance bolted on afterwards.
