QNED evo Mini LED with Precision Dimming Pro.
120Hz Native · 144Hz VRR · Dolby Vision & Atmos · 40W 2.2ch.
4K Ultra HD with Dynamic QNED Color (100% Color Volume certified) · α8 AI Processor 4K Gen2 · Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro · FILMMAKER MODE · AI Sound Pro Virtual 11.1.2 · AMD FreeSync Premium · 4 × HDMI 4K 120Hz · Wi-Fi 6 · Google Gemini & Microsoft Copilot
Most 55-inch TVs top out at 60Hz — fine for a serial, frustrating for a cricket pan or a fast shooter. The QNED90 runs a 120Hz native panel with Variable Refresh Rate up to 144Hz, AMD FreeSync Premium and 4K 120 fps input over HDMI, so fast sport stays sharp and console or PC games stay smooth and tear-free. Add Motion Pro, ALLM, QMS and QFT, and switching from a PS5 to a live match is instant, with no blank screens or lag in between.
α8 AI Processor 4K Gen2 + Precision Dimming Pro — LG's QNED evo picture engine
LG rates the Gen2 α8 at 40% faster CPU, 10% more powerful graphics and 20% higher memory throughput than the previous α7 Gen9. That power drives α8 AI Super Upscaling 4K for cable, YouTube and older films, Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro for balanced brightness object by object, and AI Genre Selection for SDR and HDR. Mini LEDs combined with Precision Dimming Pro's advanced dimming zones control light with precision for sharper contrast and finer detail, while Dynamic QNED Color — LG's QNED-based wide colour gamut technology, certified for 100% Color Volume — keeps colour vivid across the full brightness range.
Award-winning Multi AI webOS — Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot
Press the AI button and ask Google Gemini anything, even mid-show. AI Hub brings Multi AI Search, AI Concierge and AI Voice ID with My Page, while the AI Chatbot spots problems and walks you through the fix on screen. AI Picture Wizard and AI Sound Wizard build a picture and sound profile tuned to you. The webOS Re:New Program offers free upgrades for up to 5 years, and LG Shield — a CES Innovation Awards Honoree — secures the platform with 7 core security technologies.
