TrueSteam™ — engineered specifically for Indian cooking's hardest stain challenges
Indian cooking produces a distinct category of dishwashing challenge that standard European dishwasher technology was not designed to address — turmeric's curcumin compound bonds strongly to stainless steel and ceramic at cooking temperatures, masala mixtures leave polymerised oil-spice residues that standard hot water cycling can't dislodge, and the high-heat cooking methods of Indian cuisine (tarka, pressure cooking, kadai cooking at 200°C+) bake food residues onto cookware surfaces more thoroughly than Western cooking methods. TrueSteam™ generates steam by boiling water to 100°C and directing it as high-energy steam particles (not hot water spray) at cookware surfaces — steam's penetrating property allows it to reach under and behind baked-on residues and loosen them from the surface before the wash cycle's mechanical action removes them. Standard hot water spray at 50–60°C cannot achieve this penetration regardless of spray pressure. The result is that TrueSteam™ removes turmeric staining, masala residue, and burnt food from kadais, pressure cooker inner vessels, and tawa surfaces that standard dishwasher cycles leave stained. QuadWash™ — why four spray arms clean Indian cookware better than two
Standard dishwashers use two fixed spray arms — one at the bottom of the tub and one in the middle rack — that rotate and spray water upward and downward through the load. The coverage limitation of two fixed-axis arms becomes apparent with the large, irregularly shaped cookware typical of Indian kitchens: a large kadai placed on the bottom rack blocks the lower arm's spray from reaching items behind it; a large pressure cooker in the middle rack shadows items above and below it. QuadWash™'s four spray arms — two upper and two lower — oscillate and rotate simultaneously, approaching each item from multiple angles during the wash cycle. The multi-directional coverage reaches inside the concave bottom of a kadai, into the narrow neck of a pressure cooker, and around the handles and sides of pots that a fixed two-arm system cannot reach effectively.
