TurboDrum™ — two things moving in opposite directions
In an ordinary top loader, the drum and the pulsator turn the same way, so the water and the clothes rotate together — which is why laundry comes out twisted into a rope and why heavy soil survives the cycle. TurboDrum™ turns the drum and pulsator in opposite directions, generating powerful crossing water currents that drive water through the fabric rather than around it. Low Pressure Fill and Manual Fill — it works when the supply doesn't

Measure the height above it, not just the width: the lid needs 1205 mm of clearance when fully open, so a shelf, window sill or counter overhang above the machine can make it awkward to load even where the 540 mm footprint fits perfectly.
