Dehydratethe function most OTGs skip
Almost every OTG bakes, grills and toasts. Very few dehydrate — and that's the reason to choose this one. A built-in dehydrate function uses low-temperature drying to preserve fruits, herbs and vegetables, drawing moisture out slowly rather than cooking them. That means dried mango and banana chips, sun-dried tomatoes, curry leaves and mint kept through the year, and homemade snacks with nothing added — no sugar, no oil, no preservatives. For a health-conscious household it turns an oven into something you use on days you weren't planning to cook at all.
A motorised rotisserie — the difference between roasted and properly roasted
Roasting a whole chicken on a static rack means turning it yourself, and it never browns evenly no matter how carefully you do it. A motorised rotisserie turns the spit continuously so the surface browns evenly all round while the juices baste the meat as it rotates rather than draining away.
