Two practical points. This is 52.8 cm deep — deeper than it is wide — so measure the counter front to back, not just side to side, and leave clearance above and behind for heat to escape. The door drops down, so allow room in front too. On the dehydrator, expect it to run for several hours at low temperature; that's simply how dehydrating works, so start a batch in the morning.
