Quadra Flow Technology — why square jars grind better than round
Standard round jars allow ingredients to rotate with the blade in a predictable circular path — hard ingredients like dry spices and lentils ride the circular current and repeatedly escape the blade's cutting zone, resulting in uneven grinding and clumping at the walls. The Icon Superb's square jar geometry interrupts this circular flow — the four corners act as flow breakers that deflect ingredients back into the blade path on every revolution. For Indian kitchens grinding masalas, dal, and dried spices, this means finer, more uniform grinding without stopping to push ingredients down repeatedly.

One disc, seven thickness settings — from paper-thin (chips, cucumber rounds for raita) to thick-cut (potato wedges, salad vegetables). No swapping discs for different thicknesses. Adjust the dial, load the pusher, slice.
Centrifugal juicer for hard fruits (apples, carrots, beetroot, ginger) — high-speed spinning extracts juice from fibrous produce. Citrus juicer for soft citrus (oranges, mosambi, grapefruit, lemons) — reamer-style pressing without seeds. Both included in the box.
Double ball bearings reduce friction and heat buildup during extended operation — relevant for Indian kitchens that run the processor for 10–15 minutes for kneading or continuous slicing. Higher-torque motor handles stiff atta dough without straining.
