Atta dough is the honest test of a food processor, and it is the one most machines fail by the third summer. Stiff whole-wheat dough for a family's rotis, a kilo of paneer to shred, dry masala that has to go through fine β these are heavy, sustained loads, not ten-second jobs. The Icon Superb answers them with a full 1000 watts turning on double ball bearings, which cut friction and heat build-up so the motor can keep working through a long kneading or slicing run instead of getting hot and slowing down. That headroom is what lets one machine do the whole Sunday prep in a compact Delhi kitchen without a pause.
Quadra Flow Technology β square jars that grind finer
In a round jar, ingredients simply ride the blade. Hard things β dry dhania, jeera, black pepper, chana dal β settle into a circular current and keep slipping past the cutting zone, which is why round jars leave a coarse ring at the wall and need the lid opened again and again. The Icon Superb uses square jars, and the four corners work as flow breakers: on every rotation the corner deflects the ingredients back down into the blade path. For an Indian kitchen grinding its own masala, that geometry is the whole difference β finer, more even powder, less stopping, and a batch that comes out the same the second time as it did the first.
Stainless steel where it works, ABS where it counts
The blades and discs are stainless steel β six of them β so they stay sharp against ginger, beetroot and frozen-hard butter, and they wash clean without staining from haldi. The body pairs ABS with stainless steel for a machine that stays planted on the counter under load rather than walking across it. All four jars are stainless steel and polycarbonate, which means you can see the batch as it forms and still take the weight of a full load of dough. At 29 Γ 58.2 Γ 38.3 cm it settles into one corner of a Delhi flat's kitchen counter and stays there, ready, which is the only way a food processor ever actually gets used.

ποΈ Control over how each job is done
7-Step Variomatic Disc
Seven thicknesses on one disc β paper-thin for chips, thick-cut for wedges

Dual Juicing
Centrifugal head for apple, carrot and beetroot; citrus reamer for mosambi and orange
6 Steel Blades
A dedicated blade or disc for each job instead of one compromise blade
π½οΈ 16 functions β one machine doing the work of several
Kneading is the one that changes a weeknight in Delhi: atta done in the jar means dinner starts twenty minutes earlier, every single day.
One disc, seven thickness settings. Paper-thin rounds for cucumber raita and homemade chips, thick cuts for potato wedges and salad. You set the dial rather than hunting for a second disc, so the slicing actually gets done.
Two juicers in the same box. The centrifugal head spins juice out of hard, fibrous produce β apple, carrot, beetroot, ginger β while the citrus reamer presses mosambi, orange and lemon. Fresh juice in a Delhi summer without a third appliance on the counter.
Eleven attachments cover every one of the sixteen functions, and the storage box included in the carton keeps discs, blades and juicing heads together in one place. In a compact flat, that box is the reason the set stays complete years later.
A copper-bronze metallic body in a category of white plastic. If your kitchen runs to warm tones, brass fittings or copper cookware, this one earns its place on the counter instead of being hidden in a cabinet.
