Two-Way Rotation — why it gets more juice out of the same fruit
A conventional citrus press spins the reamer in one direction only. The fruit's internal membrane walls tend to fold flat in that single direction and hold onto juice. Two-way rotation reverses the spin repeatedly, breaking the membranes down from both sides so trapped juice is released rather than left behind in the discarded half. In practice that means more juice from the same number of oranges — which adds up over a household that juices every morning.
Adjustable Pulp Selector — everyone in the house drinks it differently
A sieve adjuster lets you dial pulp level from completely smooth to full-pulp, rather than accepting whatever the machine gives you. Children often refuse juice with heavy pulp; adults frequently prefer it for the fibre. One machine, one batch of oranges, and you can pour a smooth glass for one person and a pulpy one for another simply by moving the adjuster between pours.

You can see the juice level as you work, so you stop before it overflows — a small thing that saves a genuinely annoying kitchen mess. One litre is roughly enough for a family of four in one session, so you're not stopping mid-way to empty it.
Citrus pressing needs torque, not raw wattage — a reamer turning slowly with force works better than one spinning fast. At 25W the motor draws negligible power, runs quietly enough for an early morning without waking the house, and stays cool through repeated pressing.
The reamer, sieve and jar all come apart in seconds. Citrus juice sets sticky if it's left, so the practical test of a juicer is whether cleaning it is quick enough that you'll actually use it daily. Rinsing three separate pieces under a tap takes under a minute.
