Delhi flats rarely give you the wall you planned for. The MMS8085B is built to be placed either way: lay it horizontally beneath the television like a conventional soundbar, or stand it upright on the floor as a multimedia tower speaker system. In a compact drawing room where the TV unit is already crowded, it goes vertical and takes almost no shelf. In a wider living room it lies flat and stays out of sight. The 6.5-inch subwoofer and 1-inch tweeters deliver the same 2.1 channel sound in both orientations, so the room decides the layout, not the speaker.

A 2.1 setup splits the work. The two stereo channels handle voices, dialogue and instruments, while the separate 6.5-inch subwoofer carries the low end that small TV speakers simply cannot move air for. That is the difference between hearing an action scene and feeling it, and it is also why dialogue stays clear at low volume — the bass is not fighting the mids through the same tiny driver. Paired 1-inch tweeters keep the top end crisp, and Bass Boost lets you push the low end further when the mood calls for it.
