A Delhi house party is not a quiet affair. Between the dhol at a sangeet, forty people talking over each other on a Punjabi Bagh terrace and a farmhouse lawn in Chhatarpur that swallows sound whole, a small Bluetooth speaker gives up in the first ten minutes. The TAX5004 is built for exactly that room: 500 W of maximum output power driven through dual 12-inch woofers and precision tweeters, so the bass still lands at the back of the lawn and the vocals stay clean instead of turning to mush. Floor-standing, stereo, and made to be heard.
PartyLink + Bluetooth 5.3 — one speaker today, a wall of sound tomorrow
One speaker covers a living room; a shaadi ki raat covers a lawn. PartyLink lets you link multiple speakers together so the sound carries across a bigger space instead of blasting one corner and leaving the rest straining to hear. Streaming runs on Bluetooth 5.3 with a 10-metre wireless range, which means the phone stays with whoever is running the playlist rather than being tethered to the speaker — and the connection holds steady in a crowded room full of other phones and Wi-Fi.
Wheels, a handle and six hours off the socket
A 26.2 kg floor-standing speaker is a serious piece of equipment, and Philips has built it to move like one — a built-in handle and wheels so it rolls from the drawing room to the terrace to the car boot without two people lifting it. Up to 6 hours of battery backup means the party does not stop when the power does, which in Delhi NCR is a genuinely practical feature: a society power cut mid-evening, or a terrace with no plug point within reach. AC-powered mode boosts output while charging, so when you are plugged in you get everything the speaker has.

2 Wireless Mics

Guitar Input
A dedicated guitar input turns the speaker into a live-performance rig
DJ Party Effects
DJ effects and party sound modes for hosting a proper live session
🛠️ Everything built in
The remote is the one you will use most at a party — you can change track and level from across the room instead of pushing through the crowd to reach the panel, and the LED display tells you what is playing from a distance.
Colour-changing lights and strobes synchronise with the music, so the room gets a light show along with the sound — the difference between people sitting around a speaker and people actually dancing.
Two 12-inch woofers handle the low end and precision tweeters take the highs, which is why the bass stays punchy and the vocals stay crisp instead of everything blurring together once you turn it up.
Mic, guitar and wireless-mic support with DJ effects and party sound modes means birthdays, sangeets and society functions run off one box — no separate mixer, no rented PA system.
Compatible with smartphones, laptops, desktops, televisions and gaming consoles over Bluetooth, USB, AUX or TF — one speaker that doubles as the TV sound system on ordinary evenings.
