Double-wall cool-touch body + limescale filter — built for hard water and full houses
Two walls with an insulating air gap between them do two jobs at once. The stainless steel inner wall holds the heat in, so water poured ten minutes after the boil is still hot enough for the next cup. The outer wall stays cool to the touch even while the water inside is at 100°C — which matters in a compact flat kitchen where the kettle shares counter space with everything else, and where children reach for things at counter height. Delhi NCR water, whether it arrives from the municipal line, a borewell or a tanker, is hard, and hard water leaves scale. The removable stainless steel filter sits at the spout and catches scale particles before they reach the cup, and it lifts out for a rinse under the tap.
