The DT8S carries its own heater and takes the wash water all the way to 70°C — hot enough to melt grease off steel and to eliminate 99.9% of germs and bacteria on plates, glasses and cutlery. A dishwasher is only as good as the water it can throw into the corners. The DT8S runs upper and lower spray arms — two spray levels working together — so water reaches the inside of tilted bowls, the backs of stacked plates and the gaps between cutlery, not just the outward-facing surfaces. Inside, the tub is stainless steel: it holds the 70°C heat instead of bleeding it away, it doesn't stain from haldi or tomato, and it stays odour-free wash after wash. Combined with the heater, that gives you a genuinely hygienic finish on a 2–3 person load of daily Indian cooking.
